Review of 20th ATRC Held on August 12-14, 2014 in Pakse, Lao PDR
DPs attended: Japan and China Agenda of Discussions: Regulatory updates from each AMS; Implementation progress of AIM 2015; Proposed projects/activities for ; Cooperation with dialogue partners, and ITU Working Group Meetings: 3rd ASEAN Network Security Action Council (3rd ANSAC) 5th ATRC Sub-working Group on Spectrum Management (5th SSM)

Outcome of 20th ATRC 1) Regulatory and Policy updates 1
Reduced the number of sectoral and sub-groups meetings 2 Reduced the number of meetings from twice to once a year since early 2014 for ATRC Working Group (WG) 3 Noted that ATRC task force on Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRA) in the past two years has not been active that challenge will be dissolved 4 Noted to move the ASEAN Network Security Action Council (ANSAC) from ATRC to be under TELSOM.

Japan: workshop on 6th ASEAN‐Japan Government Network Security, 7th ASEAN‐Japan Information Security Policy Meeting ITU: Workshop on National Policy and Practices in Social Media Utilization in ASEAN Governments Workshop on Establishing National ICT Statistics Portals and Measuring ASEAN ICT Targets China: Continuing on capacity building by seminars and workshops, Continuing on Proposal for the establishment an ASEAN-China CERTs cooperative mechanism.
