6. Phase I — Accountability / Toughness / Structure / Routine End of Season to End of Fall semester - The players are awarded t-shirts by categories on how they tested on our 3 lifts and 3 movements. Phase II - Started Beginning of 2nd semester Emphasis is 8 weeks of lifting and limited running. This is our major strength phase.
