Workshops Workshop 1: Problems and solutions in implementing new CAP (Spain and Sweden) The purpose of the workshop is to share our experience up to this point and determine whether or not further guidance or help should be sought or whether we are able to share solutions that may have been created by Member States or Paying Agencies. The problems may be: Legal – late, unclear rules Technical – Implementing business rules or process, training, staff New elements (EFA, LPIS, etc.) Something else? We are looking for those suggestion Workshop 2: Software quality (Germany and United Kingdom) The main purpose of the workshop is to make participants think about what software quality is all about and about different alternatives to create and improve a Software Quality Architecture, their cost and risks. After a short presentation about basic terms in software quality by the coordinators, the participants will be given two fictitious scenarios depicting IT Organizations within a Payment/Coordination Agency facing specific software quality problems. In each table, the participants will try to identify the main software quality related problems and discuss, prioritize and describe improvement actions (ideally based on their own experience) to cope with those problems and improve software quality
