3. GCS REPORTING Run sheets have it in the order of Eyes, Motor, Verbal. Self explanantory and includes what each score corresponds to. When reporting to MD/RN/Fire/etc. in LA County, protocol states that GCS should be state in the order Eyes, Verbal, Motor.

4. Arrive on scene to a patient slumped over on a bench. You attempt to get your patient’s attention by introducing yourself. Patient does not respond. You induce interdigital pressure and your patient wakes up and seems out of it. Patient is A/Ox2, oriented to time and event, and pulled his hand away when you induced interdigital pressure. What is his GCS?
