99% Collection rate for past 2 years Bentonville has accepted a safety improvement plan 3 Way Stop Sign and new cross walks added to Marina and Woods Creek Town has committed to additional stop signs/cross walks as our development continues to grow Back to School event Well attended and a lot of fun in More events planned for 2015 Created Neighborhood Watch Program Signs are now in place Woods Creek ACC Guidelines As our community continues to grow it is critical that we have aesthetic continuity

ACC Process Please contact Larry Kelley’s Office Compliance Process All issues need to be reported to Larry Kelly’s office Not all issues are the same and will be handled accordingly per direction of the covenants. Board makes final decision on what action to take. Billing and Collections Dues are due by May 1st Payments received after May 31st will incur a 10% late fee and further collection process
