Field Operations Portal 2.0 Overview Deployed on December 8 th – Phase I Goal – to be efficient for trade and to create a platform with the potential to apply to many partnership programs, not just C-TPAT CBP portal workgroup established in July 2013, made improvement recommendations 40 - 60 testers were selected covering most business sectors An on-line training manual is available and additional training is coming Ensure C-TPAT e-mail addresses/contact information is correct in the Portal to receive training updates Users needed to change their password on initial entry into the new system
