Everyone must win something. Win-Win=Compromise Both sides give in Neither sides gives up something they really need. NoNo One is totally satisfied, but everyone can “Live with it”

The internal logic is that if a student becomes aware of why he or she is acting in a specific way he or she can develop the ability to control and change behavior.
