The EasyWay/EIP community has been funded to work with several ITS corridors – Traffic management – Traffic information The idea is to implement and deploy transport logistics services in such an ITS corridor – NEXT-ITS To better support both the commercial actors and the traffic management function Information inftrastucture and services for logitistics

The new services will make use of the “service infrastructure” in the ITS corridor Services will have to be harmonised, interconnected and interoperable – Provide an application to the different types of users Implementation partners: Road administrations, ferry company, truck companies Information inftrastucture and services for logitistics

HUB development This proposal addresses the hubs and how to prepare for Physical Internet => To write a proposal for MG-5.4-2017. Potential of the Physical Internet The physical characteristics of a hub must be changed to be able to efficiently receive and send (same type of) goods regardless of transport mode
