For sanitation to have an impact on health, sanitation should be safe and be coupled with hygiene. The health impact of sanitation furthermore depends on concentration of sanitation, or pockets of density. Taking this into consideration FINISH is focusing on incentivising the ASSET towards this end. Financial INclusion Improves Sanitation and Health (FINISH) is a partnership programme aimed at provision of 1 million sustainable sanitation systems in different states of India. The implementation of the programme will be by NGO/MFIs, who will be supported by a host of organizations such as TATA-AIG, National Housing Bank (NHB), National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD), SNS-REAAL, UNU- MERIT and WASTE represented in the Programme Management Board (PMB). FINISH promoters, BISWA, NHB, SNS-REAAL, TATA-AIG, UNU-MERIT and WASTE have delegated day-to-day operation of FINISH to the Programme Director (PD). WASTE and Arawali Sarva Seva Education Trust [Hereinafter called ASSET] from Arthuna block, tehsil-garhi, Aanandpuri district, Banswara, Rajasthan-327032, India has agreed that ASSET will execute the specified tasks.

The habit of saving and thrift for the purpose of the rotation, among the members the SHG, provided however, that the ARAWALI SARVA SEVA EDUCATION TRUS (ASSET) shall not accept any public deposits as defined by the Reserve Bank of India. To enable SHG, JLG, VHG, CIG, or Agro Produce Group to give loan to their members out of the savings amounts thus collected, supplemented where possible, by other funds obtained as membership fees, loans, interest income, fees, penalties and any other form. The trust will provide loans for micro enterprises and other services like sanitation and water to Self Help Group and Joint Liability Group SHG, CIG, APG or similar mechanism.

ASSET has joined hands with FINISH (Financial Inclusion Improves Sanitation & Health) for the promotion and implementation of Sanitation Project in different districts of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. For this FINISH will provide the following support. 1. Promotional Support 2. Training Support 3. Training Coordinator 4. Animator Incentive 5. Survey Support 6. Output Based Aid Note: FINISH is being supported and implemented since 2009 by an Indian-Dutch consortium comprising banks, insurance companies, NGOs and academic and government institutions from the two countries. Its objective is to diffuse 1 million safe sanitation systems (i.e. toilets with proper treatment of waste produced) to low income communities in rural India through mobilizing funds from end-user households

ARAVALI SARVA SERVA Education Trust wants to effect construction of 212000 Sanitation Systems (Toilets) in the next five years. Total requirement of finance works out to Rs. 207.9 Crores out of which Rs. 20.79 will be contribute by ARAVALI SARVA SERVA Education Trust. ARAVALI SARVA SERVA Education Trust will like to follow any model for financing the toilet and will be ready to contribute 10% of the total cost as margin money. 5 years budget is as follows.
