Carrots = Cells make up living things. Carrots are a bunch of cells. Cells = Have a lot of water inside of them. Lose of water = Carrots will shrink and become firm Gain of water = Carrots will get bigger and soften

3 Freshwater puts cells in a Hyportonic Condition! Fresh Water = Higher Water Concentration Carrot = Lower Water Concentration

4 Saltwater puts cells in a Hypertonic Condition! Salt Water = Lower Water Concentration Carrot = Higher Water Concentration
