Results of the action plan Analysis of the labor market of the Municipality of Patras The analysis identified the key-priorities for the interventions: Development of networking and cooperation between the social and professional bodies. Strengthening and re-orientation of the employment of new engineers, who are affected by the economic crisis, to contemporary professional activities. Results of the action plan Identification of needs of direct and indirect beneficiaries of the social services of Patras Direct beneficiaries are persons who receive (or are in need of) related services. Indirect beneficiaries are those that belong to the close family or friendly environment and are affected by the overall situation. Creation of a mechanism that monitors the impact of different types of structures and social services as regards: the completeness and effectiveness of services received by beneficiaries directly and the impact of different types of structures and social services on the improvement of personal, social and professional situation of the indirect beneficiaries.
