2.  The primary purpose of the CELTT program is to foster individualized interaction between a US Army ROTC Cadet and a host-country military partner in the medium of the English Language.

3.  The host-country participants will be screened using a retired ALCPT  Placed in one of three levels  Have contact with up to 3 ROTC Cadets (over a nine-week period)

4.  ROTC Cadet and Host-Country Partner will have: ◦ Up to five hours of interaction per day ◦ Five days a week ◦ For three-week rotations ◦ Total up to 75 hours of contact

5.  The manual will not be English language training (ELT) resources per se.  Manual will focus on facilitating interactive communication based upon military and cultural topics  Content will be re-purposed from existing ALC Books or other curriculum (LEAC) materials
