10. CCSLC  Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence (CCSLC) started in 2007  Intended to provide certification for all students who complete secondary school in the Participating Territories.  It was discontinued in 2011.

11. JFLL  The entity responsible for basic adult education in the country.  Is an agency of the Ministry of Education and is charged with the execution of adult and youth learning and lifelong learning interventions from basic literacy to the secondary level.  Has partnered with several institution and organizations

12. Process Step 1 Acquiring and studying the CCSLC spec. Step 2 Studying the available Plymouth University lessons, books, interactives. Step 3 Use Khan Academy as good practise example for comparison Step 4 Initiate feasibility discussion with CIMT.
