Cisco Confidential Cisco Software Workspace (CSW) Request Smart Account – Select an Account Approver On the Smart Account Request page, select Yes or No to assign yourself or someone else to be the account approver and represent the company. 1 2 Approver Authority to represent the company to Cisco; must be member of the company. Approve agreements and nominate account administrators

Cisco Confidential Cisco Software Workspace (CSW) Request Smart Account – Update the Account Domain Identifier Click Edit to update the Domain Identifier of the Account (optional – requires additional approval time) In the Edit Account Identifier dialog box, review and update domain identifier information and click OK. Enter Account Name and click Continue to complete the smart account request. 1 3 1 Account Domain Identifier Identifies company owning the account Should be internet domain of company Defaults to Approver email domain – can be changed through manual approval 2 2 3

Cisco Confidential Cisco Software Workspace (CSW) Complete Smart Account Setup Approver will receive this email from Cisco to complete the Smart Account Setup. Once this is complete and Cisco has approver the account, the account will be created and ready for use. Click Complete Smart Account Setup to continue with the smart account creation. Click preview the agreement to display the smart account agreement. 1 2 2 1 Note: Request sent to the approver. Preview agreement before smart account process to determine if you are the right POC to represent the company before completing the Smart Account Set-up and agreement Note: the account can be requested by a partner or sales user on your behalf. In that case, the approver for your company will need to accept the role and complete the setup for the account to be created. You need the account to consume any smart licenses purchased.

Additional administrators can be created or assigned separately from the approver creation process. Cisco Confidential Consume and Register Licenses to Devices View Smart Licenses in Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSSM) Licenses will be deposited into your Smart Account after the order is booked. You will go Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSSM) to view the licenses and register product instances, instead of downloading the licenses through eDelivery.
