2. JOB DEVELOPMENT Job Development Services are provided in collaboration by GAIN and General Relief Opportunities for Work (GROW) Business Services Specialists (BSS)/Job Developers. 11. JOB DEVELOPMENT DPSS Job Developers Training/Conferences Annual Countywide Job Development Conference in partnership with the LA Area Chamber of Commerce and other organizations.
