13. SSH client installation Download the latest ‘putty.exe’ from: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

14. Running the X-server  Start the X-server:  Task bar icon for running X-server:

15. Connecting to the server  Double click on the putty icon:  Fill in the following information:  hostname (2 options)  c.ics.ele.tue.nl  co2.ics.ele.tue.nl  protocol  ssh  switch to ‘tunnels’ page

16. Connecting to the server  Enable X11 forwarding  Open the connection

17. Connecting to the server  Accept the key

18. Connecting to the server  Enter your username and password

19. Connecting to the server  You are logged in and ready to run ART

20. Running ART Designer  Type the command ‘artdesignerpro’ to start ART Designer
