5
The “H” for holidays has been replaced with a “W” indicating working. This allows for the development of a work rota which is important when a lot of flexible working / job sharing is used.

The “Insert Names” worksheet has also changed in that each employee has two lines. The second line contains their holiday entitlement in hours

The monthly calendars now contain two lines per employee The second line shows holiday taken in hours
11
By using the “Hide Hours” button and “Show Hours” button this line can either be hidden or shown

Days working can be indicated by “W”, days sick by an “S” and training by a “T”. Half days are indicated by adding an “am” or “pm” prefix. Six other codes of your own choice can be added on the “Add Codes” worksheet
15
Holiday is indicated by showing the holiday hours row using the “Show Hours” button and entering the hours holiday taken
17
Each employee now has two lines on the “Individual Report” The first indicates the days worked, days off ill, days training and any other days to which a code has been applied
19
The second line produces a report of holiday hours taken or booked and remaining holiday entitlement
