Issues Huge fall in enrolment in primary level (123971 in 2013-14 to 98825 in 2014-15) Very less utilization of cooking cost (24% against total allocation); honorarium to cook cum helpers ( 29% of allocation); MME fund (only 24% of allocation); nil utilization of TA Huge mismatch in utilization of food grains (78% of allocation) and cooking cost (24% of allocation) Poor inspection of schools (only 17.27% schools inspected till 3 rd quarter ) Delay in receiving of cooking costs to schools.
