3 Current State We have met with the customers various times so that we fully understand their needs. With the scope change, we have re-evaluated our risks, as well as our roles within the project. We have a complete project plan for MSD II as well as a work breakdown structure for each individual. We have a good handle on what error could occur with our project, and how to test for that error in our final design, as well as the steps to take if the error does occur. We will also be observing at the clinics to get a better handle on how we could improve our design. 3
