Review, approval based on criteria & Issue Appointment Letter 8. Prepare NDA 10. Conduct Report Duty 12. Submit Intern Monthly Report for Payment 13. Update Database HOD/HOL 2. Fill Internship Planning Form 6. Select potential candidates and fill in application form Universities/ Intern 4. Candidate to complete the application form 9. Submit Document for Report Duty 11. Submit Monthly Report Accept? No Yes
