3. Contact persons in the partner institutions According to our contact person at the EC, each institution must appoint a contact person who will deal with the day to day issues related to the project administration, finance and future activities.

4. Financial issues –Budget being analized for approval by the EC, further information will follow. –Original invoices and receipts must be provided to the grantholder in due time. –Staff cost worksheets, hours devoted to the project. –Following the instructions of the EC, each project partner MUST provide a bank account number in Euros for the project expenses and transfers
