auditing the staff background of staff at TMPS (22 different nationalities- other groups consist of Greek, Chinese, Sri Lankan, Welsh...) enrolments matching staff to community employment??? getting parents on side (and keeping them there)

auditing the curriculum 1. Curriculum wasn’t relevant to the community 2. Aim - make it more relevant to Australia’s position in the world and to our school community 3. Curriculum needs to provide students with an education for the future (global education) 4. Asian Literacy Rotations (whole school) 5. Two languages - Indonesian & Mandarin
