Design a complex machine that meets the following specifications: Ability to lift 20g of mass at least 20 cm from a flat surface Uses only weights/gravity ass its energy source Uses at least 2 simple machines Is free standing The “winning” machine will lift the mass using the least amount of weight as an input force. Formula for machine “lifting points” = work (mass * 9.8 * distance lifted)/input force (mass of weights * 9.8)
