16 Item Description Text Editor—Print Page Break (new) and Page Break (existing) for A new “Print Page Break” button was added to the Text Editor in the Evaluation Report I (Long) and Evaluation Report II (Short) evaluations. Internet Explorer 7 Internet Explorer 8 Firefox  If the new “Print Page Break” button is selected, it will be inserted in the position of where your cursor is positioned in your text. The “Print Page Break” will be displayed as below in your text:  You will now have the ability to select and use the new “Print Page Break” option and/or the existing “Page Break” option by selecting the check box as displayed below:  You can use BOTH Page Break options. Both WILL BE counted and displayed as: Page 1 of 30, etc.  A HEADER will be displayed on EACH PAGE where “either” Page Break option is selected. An example of the header is displayed below: Add page numbers to the Evaluation using page breaks

18 Tricks and Tips Tip 1-Pastings From Word  When Pastings from Word remember to:  Use Arial 9 or 10  Use Normal  Use the Insert from Word icon in i-Plan Hastings Public Schools Department of Special Education

19 Plan Types If a student does not qualify, make the plan DNQ and Historic Hastings Public Schools Department of Special Education

20 DNQ (Does not Qualify) The DNQ is very limited. This can be a great tool to access the student’s information (Student Link) if you are monitoring a student. The DNQ Plan will not reflect on Child Count The DNQ Plan will only display the Plan Manage Information Hastings Public Schools Department of Special Education
