6 Barriers and Enablers What barriers and enablers are likely to be encountered in moving from the current state to the future state? In what ways can the barriers be overcome, avoided, eliminated or removed? In what ways can the enablers be leveraged to reach the vision?

8 Key Strategies Create a list of strategies – Identify the 1-3 strategies that must be done first – Describe the outcomes of acting on these strategies

10 Action Steps A description of the recommended “first steps” related to the strategies. Who needs to commit to this? Who needs to be involved? What stakeholder groups need to be included? What other resources are needed? Who will be responsible for what activities? What is the timeline from start to positive impact? What funding mechanisms should be used? What is the expected economic benefit, if any, to the University?

11 Next Steps Please submit a copy of your completed work product by April 6 th. Next Town Hall Meeting is April 8 th. – Action teams meet from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. – Location: Event Pavilion.
