#16 Lessons Flash/browser-based client necessary in a heterogeneous, “locked down” client world –“Ease of access to the Adobe Connect sessions on the viewers’ side requires little to no preparation” No problem with firewalls, very important in academic hospitals and VA system Significant use of integrated Premiere Global audio conferencing
