Privacy consideration  Opt-in/Opt-out selection at registration form.  Activate procedure should be applied for every attendees through the personal information management system with ID and password.  Initial password should be changed at activation procedure.  Every user can delete the RFID tag event.  RFID card contain the random number.  RFID card does not contain the personal information.  Provide RFID skimming protection card for every attendees.
