The American Association of Distributors … member group is made up of independent distributors and processors of baked goods, dairy products, produce or meat. has strategic partnerships with various manufacturers, who include, but are not limited to Alta Dena Dairy, Sara Lee International Bakery, Mission Foods Corporation, Little Debbie/McKee Foods, and Bimbo Bakeries. offers a package of benefits and services that are especially designed for the small to medium-sized independent distributors and/or processors. standard program package consists of commercial auto insurance, general liability insurance, computer coverage insurance, rental reimbursement, and towing and road service. offers high quality at competitive pricing through group purchasing power.

A.A.O.D. The Current A.A.O.D. website … contains out of date information. is inconsistent in design. contains dead links and images. is poor quality and unprofessional. provides no service to its clients. www.aaod.com I was assigned the task of redesigning the A.A.O.D. website.

A.A.O.D. Step 2 – Who will be coming to the site? 1.Customers (The independent distributors) 2.Companies (Sara Lee, Mission Foods, etc) 3.Other additional insured interests. With knowing who will be visiting the site, I was able to decide on what content, features and functionality that the site needs. Importance of the website: professionalism – necessity marketability with companies and customers save time

Step 6 – Launch Market through direct mailers to our current customers Market to companies at “dock parties” On the phone – (i.e. when caller requests something that can be done on the website. Step 7 – Tracking How many visitors? Which pages are they visiting? How many emails? and for what? Possible site enhancement (i.e. account management)
