5. SELECTION APPEAL PROCESS A written Statement which clearly and concisely presents your basis of appeal. Academic records which were not available at the time of application. If you are submitting additional academic records, your Statement should include an explanation of why the additional information was not available at the time of application. Official documentation of extenuating circumstances (for example: doctors' records, death certificates, etc.).

IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES Fall Semester Priority Filing: October 1 – November 30 CSUDH Counselors Day: October 6, 2011 A Day at Dominguez: October 29, 2011 Intent to Enroll: May 1, 2012 Document Deadline: July 15, 2012 Incomplete students by Feb. 1 st Orientation (recommended): May – August ( Specific dates TBA in spring 2012) Housing: April 15, 2012 (Application and $30.00 application fee must be received by this date)
