2. Hints for Using Visio
Start by drawing on paper what you want to diagram
Decide on whether you need a template or will diagram from scratch
Select File, New and Drawing Type to see samples that are linked to specific tools
Select New and New Drawing for a from scratch effort
Select New and Browse Samples for templates you can alter to fit your needs

If you do not know where to find the tool you can search all stencils for the one you want with the File, Find Shape.

You can duplicate with the copy and paste
Drawing is easier if you enlarge the view,

Remove the grid unless you are using it as a guide
