Entry Level Minimum Experience / Credentials Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. PC proficiency required. Supervisory / coaching experience required, with a demonstrated ability to constructively provide feedback – confidentiality a must. Most important knowledge I gained to pass on to students Employers really want someone with a passion for and interest in the job It’s important to know about what the company does before the interview in order to know if you would be passionate about it or interested in it Being willing to continue you’re education is often more important than having a degree However many employers like to see degrees mainly because it indicates responsibility, ability to finish something you start, and ability to deal with a diverse group of people
