Definition of Distributed Learning A method of instruction that relies primarily on indirect communication between students and teachers, including internet or other electronic-based delivery, teleconferencing, or correspondence. takes place when a student is primarily at a distance from the teacher, whether at home or connecting from another facility.

Digital Disconnect “The gap between how today’s students learn and how they live.” Students in USA are not very satisfied with technology use at school. Obstacles include: Filters and firewalls Teachers that limit use Rules that block access to own laptops or mobile devices, communication tools, and school’s technology
