2. Log onto the following address: https://www.citiprogram.org/default.asp

3. Register as a new user.

4. Select ‘Purdue University’ in “Participating Institutions” and click Submit.

5. Create a username and password and click Submit

7. Either yes or no may be selected. Fill in information with asterisks and any other information that may apply. Click Submit.

8. Select ‘Non-Key Personnel’ Select ‘No’

9. Click Grade Book to begin the first lesson Be sure to review the instructions

10. Click Grade Book to begin the first lesson Be sure to review the instructions

11. Complete the Introduction. Following the reading, proceed to the second (History and Ethical Principles) lesson. There is a quiz following this second lesson.

12. Once you complete the reading, take the quiz. Continue this for all remaining lessons.
