5 eGov – when change is slow Many people go to the citizen service center rather than ’shopping’ on-line Many of those that actually open the on- line service never completes the transaction My case is too important – I need to talk to a real person

7 High School teachers – helping change on the way Virtual learning and collaboration across subjects is mandatory in Danish high schools To us it made sense that the first step to teach across subjects is to develop teaching across subjects collaboratively Inspire -> focus on values and goals -> plan classes …but some glue – or management - is still needed to keep it together and moving afterwards…

10 Wayfinding or appropriation? Appropriation (mastery + ownership) of new solutions is the aim in all of the 3 cases – but have only to a smaller extent been achieved Wayfinding is, however, from the perspective of the individual succesful Self-confidence (lack of), identity, habits and knowledge could explain the lack of appropriation

11 Supporting change Identifying the trajectory of individuals, groups or organizations and offering inspiration and tools for drawing a new map Motivating appropriation (Persuasive designs)
