Dissertation Readiness Scale Short Form variations on an etude by Prochaska, 2006 Dissertation Readiness is defined as any planned, constructive activity (e.g., topical reading, meeting with advisor, writing paper on related topic, completing IRB form etc.) performed to assure timely dissertation completion. Such activity is performed 3 to 5 times per week for at least 60 minutes per session.
