Audience Analysis ` Any novice user with minimum to intermediate knowledge of baking a cake. Serves various users Low-Fat Nuts Free Low Carbs Vegetarians or Vegans

Goals and Objectives At the end of the lesson, learners will be able to (virtually) List the key activities of cake baking Identify the aspects that will change during the real world baking process Apply this knowledge in real world settings and BAKE A YUMMY DELICIOUS CAKE!!

Challenges Time and Resources Higher levels of multimedia content make it necessary to have high speed connections – we could overcome that by making the site workable offline (on a CD-ROM as an alternative) Can we make the site compatible with the accessibility guidelines? Need to have printer-friendly pages
