5 Federal Acquisition Service Background & Benefits  According to Office of Charge Card Management (OCCM) FY 09 Customer Survey results, improving the GSA SmartPay website had the potential to improve overall customer satisfaction  The website was developed based on website best practices to support collaboration between agencies/organizations and GSA SmartPay staff to share the latest information and resources, program developments, lessons learned, best practices, and more!  Benefits of the new website include:  Easier role-based navigation throughout the website and improved end user experience  Increases awareness of Office of Charge Card Management (OCCM) tools  Focuses on making information easy to find  Serves as a communications tool to share information between agencies/organizations  Supports Obama Administration’s Web 2.0 Communication strategy 5
