Demand driven funding system supports: university autonomy student choice access, equity, and productivity requires measures to ensure: quality sustainability the right mix of graduates value for money for the Government

Enrolment trends: Estimated 9.9% over enrolment across the sector in 2010 Early data for 2011 indicates total growth in CSPs of over 10% since 2009. The increase in enrolments will substantially contribute to the Government’s 40% attainment ambition. Demand driven funding system
