2 Community-Engaged Scholarship for Health Collaborative Team Meetings (1 hour)  Planning ahead for the next year  Use your action planning doc to confirm or revise your initial ideas/action steps for 1st year based on the today’s discussion  Prepare flip chart page to be presented by one team member on Friday morning (5 minutes)  Present 3 action steps you will take over the next year and 1 indicator of success for the end of year one (i.e. what steps will you take over the next year and where will you be at the end of the year?)  Decide which work groups, if any, you want to have a team representative be involved in

3 Community-Engaged Scholarship for Health Collaborative End of Day Reflection  What has gone well?  What could be improved (and how)?  Burning questions/issues?

4 Community-Engaged Scholarship for Health Collaborative Breakfast Discussion  Table tents w/work group topics at some tables  Sit at the table for the workgroup you plan to join  Discuss initial ideas about the work group  Goals, possible activities, when to schedule a conference call  Project staff will join each group  After the meeting, work groups will meet by conference call with staff support provided by a Collaborative staff member

5 Community-Engaged Scholarship for Health Collaborative Full Group Discussion Translating Plans into Action Questions:  How will your team communicate your vision within the school? On campus? To who? What mechanisms?  How will you communicate your vision to ‘naysayers’?  Who else will need to be involved?

6 Community-Engaged Scholarship for Health Collaborative End of Meeting Reflection  What has gone well?  What could be improved (and how)?  Burning questions/issues? Please complete/return the meeting evaluation form. THANKS to everyone!
