6. Windows/Exchange 2000  Enterprise wide design, pilot, and implementation planning  Duration: 22 weeks –Multiple milestones  Key Deliverables –Detailed Win2k/Exchange 2k Design –Lab environment with detailed test plans/results –Pilot –Deployment plans for the enterprise
