Conclusion 6/10 of the 10 new 2004 members are also in the 10 countries with highest unemployment rate EU GDP/capita average has decreased after admission of the 10 new 2004 members HDI figures show even more significantly that the 10 new 2004 member states are backlogged in regard to economy and development
