OBJECTIVES Understand the prevalence, magnitude, impact, etc of gender based violence Develop profiles of victims and perpetrators Identify groups at risk Help develop intervention programmes Monitor the effectiveness of violence prevention and intervention activities Commonwealth of Dominica
