5. 1. Add affordable housing to the existing church site Obtain approvals for 13 new units along King Street Convert 1339 King to 8 dwelling units Obtain funding from various sources aimed at creating affordable housing

11. Increase church visibility on corner Treat corner as “landmark” Re-orient church entrance to King Street Add meaningful visual interest to facade.

13. A community resource. Community Consultation Committee set up in early 2005. Community invited to design charrette in January 2005. Information and minutes of meetings circulated to community organizations, individuals, agencies and neighbours. Project to demonstrate its green features with video, site plaques, literature, and tours.
