What’s on it? A blog may include any commentary or reporting on the chosen subject of the blogger and may also include hypertext, images and links to video, audio and other files.

What’s a wiki? Similar to a blog in structure and logic, a wiki allows anyone to edit, delete or modify content that has been placed on the Web site using a browser interface, including the work of previous authors. The term wiki refers to either the Web site or the software used to create the site.

How is a wiki different from a Blog? A blog, typically authored by an individual, does not allow visitors to change the original posted material. A visitor can add comments to the postings in a blog. Wikis contain documents that may be created and edited by a collaborative effort of site visitors, including the original creator.
