4 OCD – Who are we?  A group of smart people with a diverse set of backgrounds  Two main functions: –Career Counseling –Corporate Recruiting  Great staff dedicated to helping you choose the career direction that is right for you.

5 Recent OCD Activities  MBA1 interview process moved to before the start of the second semester (Jan ’02)  Office restructuring Industry specific designations for RMs (summer ’02) Director of Operations position created (summer ’02) OCD International Career position created (summer ’02)  Revamped Career Management Series Career Development Program features more activities including required workshops and activities and outside professionals that supplement the internal staff

6 Recent OCD Activities  Spring Career Fair added (Spring ‘03)  Launched the Career Center for Working Professionals (Spring ’03) Average over 100 individual career coaching sessions a month Over 700 job postings have been sourced by the CCWP alone  Launched the Career Coach Program (Fall ’03) Select the “best of the best” to help prepare students Streamlined resume review process Better mock interview process
