jswecop1510046 Some things to consider Agility – what does it mean? How is it relevant in education? C(S)R – more passion, less reactive? Partnership development – employees as partners, a ‘climate of co-operation’? Innovation – radical enough? Others?

jswecop1510047 Way of working In groups consider a picture of European education in 2010. What are the key features which distinguish then from now? Present back briefly in plenary Again in groups, identify any high level changes to FCs likely as a result – new ones, deletions, significant amendments. A big task! – big points only please! Present back in plenary Do the conclusions argue for a separate education set of FCs?
