REASONS FOR CHANGE WHY?HOW?TIMEFRAME 1. We lack of feedback provision to report submitted by PMO. 1. Conduct meeting with key staff in our office. 2. Conduct of regular M&E meeting among M&E officers of different projects to motivate them in the preparation of other reports and to stimulate learning experience among M&E officers. 3. Conduct of regular field validation to interact among key stakeholders. April 2006 after the submission of the first quarter report. On feedback mechanism:

We did not update the website and we did not share our database among other stakeholder in the department. 1.Conduct meeting with key staff in our office together with the webmaster. 2. Conduct meeting with information officers of diff. projects. 3. Provision of monthly updates on the website regarding the status and other relevant information about FAPs. 4. Linking our database to the website. 5. Linking specific project to the website. March 2006 On sharing of information:
