3. Background Information Target learners: non-English major college student who will travel or stay abroad Class size: 15-20 students Class time: twice a week on Monday and Friday; an hour per class

4. Course Objectives To help those students who want to travel or study overseas learn more about situational English so that they would have no trouble in talking with foreigners and living there.

5. Class Design There are two classes per week. In Monday class, the teacher would teach students new vocabulary in certain situation with interesting activity. In Friday class, the students would be asked to do the presentation (Role Play) by using the words they learned in previous class and other students have to ask/ answer questions.

10. Problems Students may not be active in asking and answering questions. Level of the students may not be the same. Not all the topics are interesting to the students.
