INTRODUCTIONS Diversity The University values an educational and work environment in which individuals and cultures are celebrated and respected for the unique talents, insights, and perspectives that they contribute.

BACKGROUND Foster a campus climate that respects and celebrates diversity. Actively recruit, retain and support a diverse faculty, staff and student population. Conduct a study of the institution’s progress toward achieving diversity and equity in all aspects of the university community.

BACKGROUND Increase resources for new and existing programs and activities to promote diversity in its various forms. Expand the activities of the Multicultural Center to enhance the cross-cultural competence of all members of the campus community.
