5 What information systems can Bosu develop to establish alliances? The best information system that Bosu can develop to establish alliances is Technology, because is the key for any business owner, database is another biggest asset to develop to establish alliances, including network worldwide. We may contract with other companies for example: credit card processors, shippers, sweepstakes promoters, website developers, to provide specific services to help us with orders, advertise our website, and so on.

7 How can Bosu develop programs similar to those used by Microsoft to provide customer support and create a competitive advantage? Bosu product customers can send questions about problems, and use the product. Other customers who have the knowledge and experience with the product can answer questions posted. Bosu Master Trainers can also post their answers to questions.

8 Bosu’s consumer group in New Jersey can gather to discuss best practices, problems and other issues related to the use of the product. Bosu trainers can attend as advisers and observers. Customers can save money and not have to pay for Bosu classes because they may obtain knowledge there.

9 Bosu can assign a certain number of consumers, who are already experts with the product. These consumers already possess the knowledge level of trainers. This conference can be carried out once every year with consumers worldwide.

10 What information systems will Bosu need to develop to support the programs? Bosu needs to create a forum on its website for customers post their questions and answer them. Consumers should first register by providing their email. This will serve to notify them, when their questions are answered.
